On this final phase of the race you'll be back on your bike after your foot navigation phase. You'll have the option to take a short and fast route home or, what we are hoping for most of you, you will experience the full Mini Burn and opt for the long course. Once again the 2024 route will be finalised closer to the date but will be very similar to these maps from 2023.
The Long course is 100% doable for everyone. All you need to do is take your time and be patient with your little ones. As an added motivation we'll have a 'treats' station, alongside the water station at the top of the hill so once you get there you can put your feet up for a while and take in the views, before completing the rest of the course.
The graph above shows the elevation of the whole bike route, with this second bike phase starting as indicated. If you do opt for the short course, it is a flat ride the whole way back to the event centre from this point, accept for the final 50 meters which is a short incline back to our event centre outside of Forage Farm Shop.
