So here comes last year's map of the first bike phase for the Mini Burn Adventure Race at Penllyn Estate.
The 2024 route will be very similar and finalised a few weeks prior to the race based on the ground conditions. This bike phase will take place straight after the run phase.
A short and scenic 3km cycle ride along tracks and field boundaries with a small section on a quiet country lane. Once you turn off the road into the fields, you'll pass more of the Estates sheep with their lambs and cross beautiful flat farmland, zigzagging along the field boundaries before arriving at the magical and hidden lake.
As you can see from the graph above, after a short decent into the lower yard at Penllyn Estate, the ride is flat all the way to the lake at 3km. The 2024 map will be the same.
