A jam packed day of sport and teamwork, 100% off road. You will have 2hrs to get around our course on foot (approximately 5k), bike (approximately 12K) and to do a short kayak. Some navigation skills needed but team work is most important. It's the perfect day out for groups of friends or as a corporate activity. For teams of 2 to 4. Minimum age of 15 years old.
Briefing at 12:45. Mass start at 13:00. Last finish at 15:00. Prize Giving at 15:30. We ask that you arrive at registration 30 minutes prior to the start.

Further Race Information
DISTANCES & PHASES You will have 2 hours to collect as many check points as you can on foot (approx 5k) and bike (approx 12k) and to do a short 1km kayak. There may be some special challenges along the way!
TIMINGS & RESULTS You will be given a timing device to record your time. Results will be based on those collecting all check points first and then time.
FOOT & CYCLING PHASES All check points are within Margam Country Park which spans 1000 acres. The terrain is very varied with gravel, stone, grass and tarmac tracks as well as some single trails. The park is hilly in places so expect some climbing and descending both on foot and bike
KAYAKING PHASE The kayaking phase will be around four buoys in the lake. There will be plenty of water safety, and we will offer support and instruction if required. All kayaks and kayaking equipment is provided.
Bike Hire & Logistics
BIKE HIRE Bikes can be hired directly from Margam Park Adventure which lies 200 metres from our event centre. Please contact them directly to make a booking.
PARKING Parking is available at the main entrance to the park. We will cover the cost of parking for you.
CATERING Hot & cold snacks and drinks will be available to purchase near the event centre.
ACCOMMODATION There is plenty of accommodation in the surrounding area including camping and B&B's.
