To help you get started after a winter of indulgence, we will be offering our Wellbeing & Fitness Assessments (WFA) throughout 2012. The best time to take an assessment is before, during & after you begin a training or weight loss programme. That way you will be able to measure the real improvement you’ve made.

WFA can tell you a lot about your body. It will give you a full body composition and cardiovascular analysis. An assessment lasts for approximately 2hr and you need to come prepared to work up a bit of a sweat. For only £65 it’s the best value for money you’ll get.
