Courses run with a maximum of 8 people and a minimum of 4 people to ensure intimate training at an affordable cost.
Courses on offer
Multi Try (£45 per person) A 2hr session designed to introduce you to multi-sport. No experience necessary.
During this time, you will work in small groups as you navigate your way around a foot orienteering course before setting off on your bike. You will finish in the water as you paddle your way on a sit-on-top kayak. You will be guided every step of the way.

Event Training (£65 per person) A 1/2 day session to prepare you for your multi-sport event. No experience necessary
The aim of this day is to prepare you for your Burn Event so ask lots of questions and we’ll tell no lies! Bring your bike & some lunch and we’ll provide the rest.

Health & Weight Loss (£45 per person)A 2hr session that focuses on weight loss through multi-sport. No experience necessary.
Instead of running on a treadmill or cycling on the gym bike, you will be navigating your way around beautiful open parkland and forestry accompanied by a personal trainer. To tone up your abs and your arms you will be put through a kayak challenge.

Mountain Biking Skills Course (£38 per person) A 4hr session run from either Afan, Glyncorrwg or Cwncarn mountain biking centres in South Wales
Experience single tack riding with a qualified instructor who will lead you and provide you with vital guidance in negotiating some of the more difficult sections. Perfect to build up confidence and prepare you for the Burn Series. 2 person minimum for this course to take place.

Intro to sit-on-top kayaking (£20 per person) A 90min session to get you comfortably onto the water. No experience necessary.
Safety is paramount but so is fun. In this session you will be shown how to kit yourself out and get onto the water in no time. On double sit-on-tops, you will learn the basic strokes as well as how to paddle most effectively as a pair.

Paddle & Play (£8 per person) Hire a double sit-on-top kayak for 30mins. Some experience necessary.
This is a open session where no direct instruction is given. Use the boats at your leisure or paddle hard to train for The Burn!

Orienteering (£10 per person) A 1hr session designed to help you find your way! No experience required.
Beginning with a 15 min crash course on orienteering, you will then be given the chance to put it into practice. You can practice alone, in pairs or teams and an instructor will always be around to lend a hand.
