WHAT IS ADVENTURE RACING
Firstly, Adventure Racing is not exclusively for the elite; in fact, it is not necessarily reserved for the fit either. The essential quality it demands is a sense of adventure. It encompasses running, cycling, kayaking, and navigation. Longer and more challenging races entail more intricate navigation, while shorter family races feature very simple navigation.
It is predominantly a team event, where participants engage in every phase together. If you understand how a triathlon operates, simply incorporate teamwork, strategy, surprises and a high chance of mud and you'll have a good grasp. At the Burn Series, our focus lies in encouraging more individuals to embrace the sport. Through astute event planning, we aim to maintain low costs and affordable prices.

Get ready for an electrifying family adventure racing experience suitable for all ages.
Arrive with your family and a car packed with bikes, ready to dive into the action at our event center. After a quick race briefing and some fun mic moments, it's time to hit the trails with your whole family. Set off on foot, then gear up for the next phase—bike or kayak—it's a surprise every time! Run, bike, kayak, navigate, and conquer obstacles together, supporting each other all the way. Our team is here to lend a hand if needed. Cross the finish arch to cheers and applause, then grab your well-deserved Mini Burn Adventure Racing Medal.

BURN 2 HOUR ADVENTURE RACE
If you are new to all of this then you've landed in the right place.
The Burn 2 Hour Adventure Race is about trying out a new sport with friends or colleagues either competitively or just for fun. For 15yrs and over.
Upon arrival, you'll receive a map outlining various checkpoints, each designated for running, biking, or kayaking. When you're ready to begin, simply dib the start control and set off. Don't fret—we'll provide a thorough briefing and ample tips to ensure a smooth experience as your two-hour countdown commences.
New to kayaking, navigation, or uncertain about biking skills? No problem. We've crafted the race to be both safe and enjoyable for all participants.
BURN 6 HOUR ADVENTURE RACE
Prepare for a challenging six-hour Adventure Race encompassing running, cycling, and kayaking over rugged terrain.
Our Burn 6 Hour Adventure Race stands out as the sole off-road adventure race in the UK, traversing top-tier mountain biking trails. With a potential total climb reaching up to 2000 meters, adept map-reading skills from your bike are essential.
This race serves as ideal training for seasoned Adventure Racers and presents a formidable challenge for athletes from various sporting backgrounds. Enter with caution and embrace the satisfaction of conquering this demanding course.
